Lasola Studio requires all clients to pay a deposit of 50% of the total project fees prior to the commencement of the project.
The remaining 50% will be required in order to transfer final design files. Our payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice. I accept payment via direct deposit. -
This depends on my work schedule, please contact me via email at hello@tessastirling.com. Please note a rush fee will apply.

In the event of cancellation or suspension of the project by the client, all costs incurred to date will be invoiced.

My project fees include two rounds of revisions of the chosen design concepts. Requests for further revisions or extra work that falls outside the scope of our agreement will incur additional fees.
I will always inform the client of any additional fees prior to commencing the work.

Your design files will be loaded into a Dropbox in their appropriate formats. Typically you will receive your deliverables in EPS, JPEG, PNG and High Quality PDF formats.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped out as it is just me running this small business.

At this point in time I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any prints. If you receive a print that is damaged in any way please do reach out via email.
